About the role

The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections
• Present food and beverage preferences
• Engage in casual conversation
• Create the restaurant experience through service attributes
• Perform general restaurant preparation
• Maintain a sanitary environment

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to work any time between 2:00pm to 2:00am on any day including weekends and holidays
• TABC and Food Handler Certification
• At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience (preferred)
