About the role

The Barista assists guest's food and/or beverage orders in Spoonful. This is a fast-paced position requiring exceptional communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their food and beverage orders
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Work in a fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work primarily in the mornings starting as early as 5:30am on any day, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience, or customer service experience preferred
• TABC and Food Handler Certification required
