- Manages shifts every week
- Makes sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
- Planner for each shift
- Makes sure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Makes sure safety, security, and profitability are monitored
- Communicates with next Shift Manager
- Meets targets during shifts
- Helps assigned Departments meet their goals
- May be responsible for food safety
- May be responsible for internal communication
- May be responsible for inventory management
- May be responsible for daily maintenance and cleanliness
- May be responsible for managing crew
- May be responsible for quality food production
- May be responsible for exceptional customer service
- May be responsible for safety and security
- May be responsible for scheduling

Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun
- Passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
