Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
• Gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from the compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.
• Engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience through style and service attributes.
• Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain a sanitary environment.

Qualifications

• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi‑task with a sense of urgency.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience working in a high‑volume environment.
• Ability to work any shift ranging from 11:30 am to closing time, any day, including weekends and holidays; preferred candidates have full availability for morning shifts as needed.
• TABC and Food Handlers certification.
