About the role

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional service across all F&B outlets, from Room Service and Lounge to Banquets and beyond. You’ll lead a team that’s all about warm hospitality, fast service, and unforgettable guest experiences. With your eye on the budget and your heart in the guest experience, you’ll work to exceed revenue goals while keeping standards sky-high.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including Room Service, Lounge, Banquets, and other F&B outlets.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and meet revenue targets.
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in F&B management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in F&B management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
