Hotel Preventive Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Department Maintenance Team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotels maintain a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep hotel facilities in good working order
• Respond to guest requests and perform minor repairs as needed
• Assist in cleaning and organizing hotel rooms and common areas
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar maintenance role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
