Hotel Operations Manager – Housekeeping

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager – Housekeeping to assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments at the AC Element Hotel by Marriott in Rochester, NY. This role ensures clean, orderly, and attractive guest rooms and public spaces while leading and developing associates, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and responding to guest concerns. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a friendly, energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry departments
• Lead and develop associates to maintain high cleanliness and service standards
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and consistency
• Address guest concerns and needs promptly and professionally
• Work alongside the team to uphold operational excellence
• Support the overall success of the hotel through effective leadership

Pay

$63,000 and up based on experience, plus bonus potential.
