About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms, processing room charges, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms are clean and safe for occupancy.
- Process room charges accurately and promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of room stays and transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the hotel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
