Hotel Night Auditor

About the role

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly cash counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure all guest accounts are accurately processed
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Manage room keys and ensure proper inventory control
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
