About the role

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay. This role involves multitasking and performing duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests during nighttime hours.
• Manage all stages of a guest’s stay, including check-in, check-out, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.

Pay

$16+ hourly, depending on experience.
