About the role
The role involves maintaining and repairing hotel facilities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all hotel facilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and fixing minor repairs
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and hygiene standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay
$15.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
