About the role
The role involves maintaining hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, and performing light repairs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas daily
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing fixtures
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in hospitality or construction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor
- Excellent communication skills
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of hotel operations
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
