About the role

The role involves maintaining and repairing hotel facilities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair hotel facilities including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and guest rooms.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from housekeeping, front desk, and guests.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Handle emergency repairs as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
