About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair hotel facilities including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and guest rooms.
- Respond to maintenance requests from housekeeping, front desk, and guests.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures.
- Handle emergency repairs as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
