About the role

The role is responsible for providing culinary services on board our ships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to passengers and crew members.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan menus and ensure variety in offerings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Valid food handler’s license.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and hygiene practices.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and facilities.

Pay

Schedule
