Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The role involves overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of hotel facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure all guest amenities are in good working order.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure supplies are replenished as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework or relevant certifications preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
