Hotel Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer will diagnose and repair various requests, perform quarterly preventative maintenance, conduct major mechanical inspections, and repair equipment. Additional responsibilities include general building upkeep, managing the hotel's risk management program, and overseeing outside contractors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various requests
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in guest rooms
• Conduct major mechanical inspections and repairs
• Maintain other equipment
• General upkeep of the exterior building
• Administer the hotel's risk management program
• Monitor outside contractors and their associates
• Ensure guest security and safety

Requirements

• Maintenance background including general plumbing, electrical, and building repair experience
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred
