Hotel Housekeeping - House Person

About the role

We are seeking a House Person to maintain the public spaces of the hotel, assist the housekeeping staff, and provide excellent guest service. This role is key to ensuring guest security and safety while upholding the hotel's policies, procedures, and IHG cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to maintain the cleanliness of all public hotel areas
• Assist the housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use
• Contribute to guest security and safety as a priority
• Answer guest questions about the hotel and provide local area recommendations
• Perform duties in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and IHG standards
