About the role

The role involves managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure all rooms are cleaned to a high standard.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Resolve guest complaints and address issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
