Hotel Glorieta | AM Server (PT)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sits and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Maintains food distribution, ensuring correct delivery and proper preparation
• Checks station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift
• Absorbs all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
• Familiarizes themselves with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal communication
• Exceeds guest and team member expectations
• Operates available equipment, such as cash registers and calculators
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds
