Job Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train associates
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward, and discipline associates
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Direct, train, and mentor associates
- Ensure all Owner and brand directed initiatives are implemented
- Monitor customer service
- Promote the hotel and company in the community
- Aid in the development of sales strategies and action plans
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships
- Represent company at community organization meetings
- Conduct regular physical inspections
- Answer inquiries about hotel policies and services
- Administer state and local laws governing inn keeping and associate relations
- Develop and maintain hotel budget
- Facilitate and maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with associates
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory, processing payroll, and handling accounting and purchasing functions
- Maintain up-to-date records and files
- Provide information about hotel hours and services
- Ensure hotel cleanliness
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, management operations, or related professional area
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay
$90,000 and up based on experience, plus bonus potential
