About the role

The Hotel General Manager oversees daily operations at a Marriott hotel in the greater Atlanta area, north of the city center. Responsibilities include topline revenue and profitability, managing and leading all team members, achieving excellent Marriott metrics, and ensuring guests have an exceptional stay experience.

• Oversee daily operations including topline revenue and profitability

• Achieve excellent Marriott metrics such as Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation, STR RGI, and Marriott Bonvoy enrollments
