Responsibilities include topline revenue and profitability, managing and leading all team members, achieving excellent Marriott metrics, and ensuring guests have an exceptional stay experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including topline revenue and profitability
- Manage and lead all team members
- Achieve excellent Marriott metrics such as Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation, STR RGI, and Marriott Bonvoy enrollments
- Ensure all guests have an exceptional stay experience
