About the role

The General Manager (GM) oversees all aspects of the hotel, including maximizing financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development. They are responsible for hiring and training all hotel staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
