Hotel General Manager

About the role

The General Manager (GM) oversees all aspects of the hotel in accordance with our vision, mission statement, and core values. This role maximizes financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development while maintaining established quality standards. The GM is also responsible for hiring and training all hotel staff.

As a leadership position, this role requires 24-hour availability and a self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

Pay

$65,000 per year.
