About the role
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred.Responsibilities
- Perform nightly room counts and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage cash transactions and reconcile daily reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of public areas.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints.
- Support front desk operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
