About the role
The Guest Service Representative (GSR) creates a hospitable guest experience at the front desk, serving as part of the Welcome Team. This role is crucial for providing the initial impression of the hotel's brand.
Responsibilities
- Create a hospitable guest experience
- Perform tasks at the front desk
- Deliver a great guest experience with friendly, smiling service and fast and accurate check-in
- Cheerfully interact and assist guests with information about the property and local amenities
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Perform other duties assigned
- Participate in all training and safety meetings
