You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage accounts and handle reservations
- Answer inquiries and field complaints professionally
- Ensure smooth operation of the front desk area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
