Hotel Front Desk Agent
About the role
The Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Olathe is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide superior service to all guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out
- Resolve customer complaints
- Assist customers in all inquiries related to hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc.
- Handle daily accounting functions for the hotel and close out the financial day
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive, friendly personality
- Part time positions available
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Previous hotel experience a plus but not required
- Previous third shift experience a must
- Pass a thorough background check and be drug free
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have prior face-to-face customer experience, but a positive attitude is more important. Must be able to communicate professionally and present oneself in a polished manner.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail are essential.
