Hotel Front Desk Agent

About the role

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage accounts and handle reservations
• Answer inquiries and field complaints professionally
• Ensure smooth operation of the front desk area

Requirements

• Mainly 3 pm to 11 pm and anytime on the weekend

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for providing exceptional guest service

Compensation

$14.5 - $14.5/hour

Our hotel is off I-55 and Highway 51, in Jackson's business district. A variety of shops and restaurants are within a half-mile, and we’re nine miles from downtown Jackson. The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science and the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum are less than 15 minutes away.
