About the role
The Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing reservations, handling check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
- Processing reservations and cancellations
- Managing room assignments and availability
- Handling guest complaints and inquiries
- Maintaining guest rooms in a clean and safe condition
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
