About the role
The Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their reservations
- Processing payments and issuing room keys
- Answering guest inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Managing key distribution and maintenance
- Assisting with special requests and emergencies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous hotel experience preferred
