Hotel Front Desk Agent
About the role
Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
Check guests in and out quickly and accurately
Handle reservations, room requests, and guest questions
Promote hotel amenities, services, and upgrades
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
Process payments, cash handling, and guest account charges
Answer phones, messages, and guest requests professionally
Help maintain a clean, organized, and fun front desk environment
Follow hotel safety, security, and guest service standards
Responsibilities

- Promote hotel amenities, services, and upgrades
- Cook up with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
- Process payments, cash handling, and guest account charges
- Answer phones, messages, and guest requests professionally
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and fun front desk environment
- Follow hotel safety, security, and guest service standards
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and office equipment
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hotel or customer service experience is a plus
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: $18.00 per hour
