About the role
This position is primarily scheduled during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and plays an important role in creating a welcoming arrival experience while supporting evening hotel operations. Our Front Desk Agents are more than check-in attendants. They serve as a primary point of contact for our guests, problem-solvers when something does not go as planned, and ambassadors for both The Winslow and Oklahoma City.
