Hotel Director of Housekeeping

About the role

We are searching for an experienced housekeeping manager to ensure our hotel is impeccably clean for our guests. You will lead our housekeeping team, ensure their work meets our high standards of cleanliness, and go above and beyond guest expectations to achieve that “wow” factor for repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet our high standards of cleanliness
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and prompt attention to requests
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to improve performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Experience managing a housekeeping department
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
