Seeking Booking Agent - Customer Service Specialist! Capital Vacations is urgently hiring in our Hotel Booking Department at our Springfield Call Center.This positionis responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry. So many companies have been downsizing over the last year, but we were busy acquiring new resorts for our owners to travel to and we have no plans to slow down. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Check all Marketing Emails Check all reservations to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available Email hotels and vendors Keep up to date Blackout List Check condo availability and assign tours Pull manifests for all arrivals All other duties assigned Benefits of the position: Full Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance; 401K; PTO, etc.Monday – Friday set schedulePaid Weekly Job Requirements 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferredExcellent verbal communication skillsFast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillsetAbility to multi-task and perform well under pressureFunctional knowledge of computers and basic computer programsExcellent communication skills Good communication skills and excellent customer service. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Proper phone etiquette. Proficient in basic PC knowledgeMicrosoft Office experience is preferredMust enjoy a team environmentMust be at least 18 to apply.
