Hotel Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers
• Mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks according to customer needs and expectations
• Interact with hotel guests to ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Absorb customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
