Hot Press Mechanic
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the "Why Choose Us?" and "Our Sustainability Commitment" could be considered about the company, not role. But we could put "About the role" as a heading with description of the job (maybe the Job Description paragraph). However we have a separate "Job Description" line that includes location.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- Pay: compensation $29.37 to $35.49 per hour (Paid Weekly). So we can have Pay section.
- Schedule: rotating 12-hour shift rotating every 8 weeks, with shift times. So Schedule section.
- Benefits: there is a "Company Benefits" section with details. So Benefits section.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list.
- Requirements/Qualifications: Qualifications section.
- Skills: Skills section.
- About the role: maybe we can combine the "Why Choose Us?" and "Our Sustainability Commitment" as company overview, but not required. Could omit if not specific to role. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not mandatory to include all. We should include only those with substantive content.
We have substantive content for:
- Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities)
- Qualifications
- Skills
- Benefits
- Pay
- Schedule
Potentially also "About the role" could be the Job Description summary line: "Hot Press Mechanic|Macon, GA| HIRING IMMEDIATELY". But we are told not to repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is Hot Press Mechanic. We could still have an About the role section with a brief description of the role (maybe from the Job Description line). However the posting includes "Job Description Hot Press Mechanic|Macon, GA| HIRING IMMEDIATELY". That's basically title and location. Could treat that as About the role? Might be redundant. Safer to omit About the role if not enough detail.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO paragraph at end, also the "Text To Apply Number" maybe considered application instruction? It says remove application instructions. The "Text To Apply Number 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)" is an application instruction, so we should remove it. Also "HIRING IMMEDIATELY" maybe not needed but it's part of job description line; we can keep as part of About the role? Might be considered metadata. We'll keep location and maybe immediate hiring note as part of About the role? But we said we may omit About the role. However we need to preserve location (Macon, GA). Where to put that? Could be in a short
under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to have a short paragraph about the role: location and immediate hiring. Since we are not using About the role heading, we could put that info in a
