Heat Press Operator

About the role

Operates commercial heat press equipment to apply DTF transfers to garments while maintaining quality and production standards.

Team members are cross-trained on all DTF production tasks, including cutting, carting, folding, quality inspection, and other production support duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production flow
• Perform routine equipment care
• Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
