Responsibilities
- Ensures each guest receives a welcome and good-bye when placing and/or picking up an order.
- Handles a large portion of business from both walk-in guests and phone orders.
- Answers phone calls and takes To-Go orders using proper phone etiquette.
- Knows the menu and accurately takes and places orders, upselling when possible.
- Demonstrates strong organization skills with boxing/bagging orders and accuracy of To-Go orders.
- Works collaboratively with To-Go and kitchen staff to complete orders.
- Partners with the manager on quote times and accurately provides quotes to guests on order completion time.
- Uses the POS system effectively for To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensures guests are comfortable and cared for while placing or picking up To-Go orders.
- Adheres to core values: Honor, Excellence, Leadership, and Passion.
- Practices proper safety and sanitation at all times.
- Maintains proper etiquette with all staff members and guests.
- Exhibits teamwork at all times.
- Maintains proper dress code and hygiene standards at all times.
- Supports all third-party orders.
