About the role

Demos' is hiring hosts to join our team. We provide training to become part of our award-winning service staff, where you can maximize your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers by doing more than just seating them
• Maintain a coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Help bus tables to increase the tip pool
• Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment, including refilling drinks and running food for other servers
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards, and teamwork
• Handle high-volume work

Requirements

• No experience required—we offer a comprehensive training program
• Must have reliable transportation arrangements
