What We Do

The Host at Victory Brewing is responsible for creating a welcoming and organized guest experience in the taproom. Key duties include:

• Serving as the first point of contact, greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming experience
• Answering the telephone to attend to guest needs
• Maintaining a waiting list and managing the floor plan using Table Maintenance technology
• Coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Processing merchandise transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Answering guest questions about merchandise and assisting with restocking and organizing products in the retail space
• Maintaining cleanliness of the host area, front taproom area, and merchandise area
• Performing other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old (17 allowed in certain counties)
• One year of related experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort discussing products with guests
• Strong communication skills and collaborative teamwork abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry at least 20 pounds
• Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and reaching
