Host/To-go Specialist

About the role

We are seeking energetic team members to join our growing family at JINYA RAMEN BAR in Charlotte. Our mission is to bring an authentic ramen culture to North Carolina, focusing on the perfect balance between broth and noodles, and offering a variety of fresh toppings and tapas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of fresh ramen bowls and tapas dishes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
• Engage with customers to recommend and sell additional menu items
• Support the barista and kitchen teams in maintaining a smooth and efficient service flow
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a unique culinary concept

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification is preferred but not required
