Job Responsibilities

• Professionally answers all incoming phone calls and takes reservations utilizing appropriate standardized phone etiquette and dialogue.
• Provides positive guest recognition and relations through personal performance and attention to guest history, including familiarizing himself/herself with regular patrons and VIP guests.
• Greets guests in a timely and professional manner and escorts guests to tables.
• Performs reservation confirmations.
• Maintains the flow of the restaurant including table turnover, guest arrival, guest departure, and pace of the restaurant.
