What We Do

The Host will greet and seat guests at the appropriate location in the dining room by following a server rotation, monitor a waiting list, and answer the telephone. The Host will also assist guests that are purchasing merchandise from the retail space. As a Host, you will serve as the face of our brand in the taproom, engaging with guests to educate them about our products while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience.

This role combines product knowledge with exceptional customer service to create memorable interactions that reflect the values and quality of our brand.

Who We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age (17 allowed in certain counties)
• (17 allowed in certain counties)
• At least one year of related experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortability with discussing our products in detail with guests
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to use Table Maintenance technology to manage wait and floor plan
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Able to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping and reaching
