Responsibilities

Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
Greets incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
Sits guests in the dining and bar areas, while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
Covers tables, delivers food and supports the dining room, while ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled.
Supports Servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment.
Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner and directs calls.
Leads the lobby experience for each Guest, following Outback hospitality standards.

Requirements

Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
Able to work in hot and cold environments.
Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.
