Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservation system and coordinate table flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with service team and management
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with poise

Qualifications

• Passionate about people and driven by purpose
• Clever and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
