Position Overview

We are seeking a polished and guest-focused host to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, poise, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

• Oversight of daily host stand operations, ensuring professional greetings, accurate wait times, and seamless guest flow.
• Effective communication with servers, captains, and management regarding table status, guest needs, and special requests.
• Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entrance areas.
• Assistance with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management.
• Participation in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance with company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage.
• Demonstration of strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Maintenance of reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
