About the role

We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our front-of-the-house team. Ideal candidates will have a friendly, energetic, and highly-motivated personality, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and be able to deliver an outstanding Taco Mac experience to our Guests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome Guests into the restaurant with a fun, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Assist in providing an error-free to-go experience for Guests ordering food to-go
• Ensure smooth flow of Guests through the restaurant
• Handle reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and procedures
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
