Host - North Phoenix - Lookout Tavern - friendly and professional

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage delivery and to-go orders through our 3rd party delivery partners
• Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist accurately
• Maintain the flow of traffic in the restaurant to ensure timely seating of guests
• Aid servers with table assignments and distributing menus
• Provide guests with information about menu offerings and daily specials
• Ensure that the host stand and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a host or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
