Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere. Foster positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a commitment to the brand.
• Reservation Management: Effectively manage reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and optimizing guest flow for both regular and special events.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service.
• Guest Assistance: Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the guests experience and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
