About the role
We are hiring for full- and part-time Hosts/Hostesses and To-Go staff, with both day (AM) and night (PM) shifts available. This front-of-house role focuses on guest seating, greeting, reception, and reservations, ensuring great customer service in a fast-paced, family-friendly diner environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Handle phone inquiries with proper etiquette
- Multitask during peak periods while maintaining hospitality standards
- Support front-of-house operations and guest relations
Requirements
- Prior Host/Hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong greeting and guest-relations abilities
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations
- Familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
- Ability to multitask, manage reservations, and handle high-volume periods

Pay
You will be paid a tip credit wage plus tips. Advertised pay reflects expected take-home earnings based on current averages.
